Yes — resin bound can be laid on moderate slopes. On steeper gradients we use a coarser aggregate blend for additional grip and assess whether drainage channels are needed at the bottom. We will tell you honestly if a different surface is a better fit for your specific slope.
Resin bound is genuinely porous — water passes through the surface into the sub-base below, satisfying the permitted development requirement for a permeable hard standing on a front garden. Resin bonded (where stones sit on top of a solid base) is not permeable, so make sure you are specifying resin bound if planning compliance matters to you. We clarify this at the survey.
